Trick or Charity

Trick or Charity

The Kiel High School FFA once again participated in their annual Trick- Or- Charity Food Drive on October 28, 2018. While many little kids were running around and shouting "Trick or Treat!" at every household with a light on in their windows, the FFA members stopped at each house and asked for any type of non-perishable food item donation that a household could spare. With the door hangers that gave community members a chance to prepare for the members, carts filled quickly with canned, boxed, and solid food items that could be donated to the community food pantry, Rays of Hope. Overall, in two hours, the members collected over 480 items of food and personal items to donate, and made a difference in their lives and the community around them. Thank you to all who donated their food, or their time and effort, to make this event successful!
